projects that involve lots of money. Still, project
management processes were loosely formed at best. Project
managers were using a variety of formats: paper printouts,
electronic documents in Excel, and older versions of MS

Blackstone and Cullen worked with Panasonic to define the
project and resource information requirements for
executives, resource managers, project managers, and team
members. The Project Server environment was configured
according to the security and information requirements.
Custom training documentation was developed, and customized
training was delivered to a select group of pilot users.
