Blackstone & Cullen, Inc. (BAC) is committed to protecting your privacy. All such activities at BC are intended to be consistent with both generally accepted privacy ethics and standard business practices. The BAC Privacy Statement describes: How BAC typically discloses or uses the private information it collects How BAC protects the private information it collects How to notify BAC about improper disclosures and uses of private information BAC and the action BAC will or may take after discovering that private information has been improperly used or disclosed All employees at BAC -- no matter what their status (employee, contractor, consultant, temporary, full-time, part-time, etc.) -- shall comply with the policies found in this and related documents. Workers who deliberately violate this or other policy statements will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. Definition of Private Information Private Information means any information relating to an individually identifiable person. Such information includes name, address, telephone number, address, social security number, driver's license number, and personal business transaction details. Statistical reports or other collections of information in which specific persons are not individually identifiable are not considered private information. Use of Private Information BAC will not sell, rent, or trade the private information that BAC or its partners collect. In general, BAC may collect, process, store, transmit, and disseminate only that private information which is necessary for the proper functioning of its business. Additionally, BAC reserves the right to transfer private information in connection with the sale or transfer of all or a portion of the business or assets. Security and Private Information BAC maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect private information. Further, BAC will make commercially reasonable efforts to comply with applicable laws to guard personal data against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification, and improper disclosure. In addition, BAC will make commercially reasonable efforts to assure that third parties or partners to whom we transfer any private information will provide sufficient protection of that information.
